Evian, France / June 9 2021 : The Cluster Eau Lémanique Evian organizes the inauguration of the Maison de l’Eau in Evian. Droople is proud to be a member of this ecosystem and to have contributed to making the use of water more intelligent by equipping the Maison de l’Eau with its Smart Sanitation solution to promote good hand hygiene while preserving water.
In June 2021, Droople entered a partnership with the Embedded Systems Laboratory (ESL) at the EPFL and the ALTIS Group (Valais) to implement the joint Research and Development project WaSTeLeSS. Made possible by Innosuisse, Switzerland Innovation together with its innovation partners from the Swiss economy and in collaboration with EPFL Tech4Impact, this project is planned to run until 2023 and achieve significant water savings in buildings through an advanced monitoring system based on distributed intelligence.
To actively educate and raise awareness of the future generations about the role of water and hand hygiene – even more important in the times of the COVID-19 pandemic – Droople is engaged in promoting the Smart Sanitation Solutions for schools.
